"My daughter had them come out Saturday, October 16. Terrance was the technician. He spent a few hours working on the line. He used a camera and snake first. He kept working the snake and pulling the camera back to see any more roots. He thought there was a sag in the line. He worked that area intensely. We decided to jet it. Again, he worked the camera with the jet, finally it was determined part of the drain was level. The line was really cleaned good. I am a retired plumber. I was impressed. I never witnessed a drain cleaner that was so into his work! A good three hours was spent working on this drain. Terrance was the best that I have ever seen. When he was done, he smiled and said, no wipes and no feminine products and you will be good for a long time. I will be cutting the Japanese maple tree down that is directly over the sewer line. The roots of that tree were not supposed to go that deep. Surprise! Thank you Terrance. You are the man!"

"I had a drain in my driveway at my home that was clogged and backing up into my basement window. I called Klear Klogs and Terrence answered the phone. That alone is so helpful NO answering service! Terrance was so helpful and professional, he was able to answer all my questions before he was even at my home. He was upfront and honest. I was able to get a price beforehand and not have to hear "a tech will have to come out before we can tell you that." He came to my home the very next day on a Saturday. I have to add that there was not an additional charge or some other charge that other companies come up with because it is not M-F or after 5pm. He was able to give me a two-hour window and called ahead. He was at my home when he said he would be. I would never call another company over Klear Klogs. Terrance went out of his way to make sure that drain was clear and also to help me with a solution for the future which he did not have to do.
